Ondix Help Pages - My Money Help

Review and search transactions
To search and review transactions go 'my money' then click on 'transactions'. On the search page you can search or browse through transactions. Transactions are displayed in the chronological order, the latest first. On the current transaction search there could be 3 different transaction types: purchase (when somebody purchases you material), refund (when Ondix refunds one of your transactions) and forward balance (when you withdraw money and have some balance left). The purchase and forward balance transactions 'add money' to your account (displayed in greed). The refund transactions 'subtract money' from your account (displayed in red). The withdrawal transaction does exist, but is NOT displayed on the current transactions search page. It is rather displayed on the history of the transactions, as described here.

The transactions that you can see had passed the address check and the credit card security-code checks and already have been settled. Ondix does not settle transactions instantly. We do have the real time processing for credit cards, but instead of processing instantly we pre-authorize our transactions and then, after our security team reviews them, we process in batch. Therefore, you may not instantly see the credit card transactions under your transaction search. Paypal transactions are processed instantly and should show up on your search right after purchase.

Calculating totals
On the top of the search page and also on the 'my money overview' page you can see your current account balance. The balance is calculated by adding up all your current transactions.

My money and refunds
Customer is always right here at Ondix (well, there are some extreme exceptions :c) But if there is a valid reason to believe that the content sold should not have been sold, Ondix will refund. Of course, we first review all the facts. After refund is complete you will see the refund transaction on your transaction search. The good news for sellers is that after the refund the credit card or paypal address used will be blocked by Ondix, and will never again be used to purchase anything from us (kind of rough, but settled) The good news for buyers that after refund, Ondix investigates all the content that seller has and if found any 'problematic' content, the whole account will be suspended or terminated.

Withdrawal questions
Hey, here is a fun part. Yes, you can actually make decent money here! Not only that, it is like investing, once posted your content will stay on Ondix, and will make you 50% each time it's sold. So, think about it, which investing opportunity returns 50%? None… You will be lucky to get 5% from the bank, maybe 15% from real estate, but none of them will give you half of the profit.

You must accumulate at least $50 on your Ondix account to withdraw your money. Unlike other companies we do not charge any withdrawal fees or mail fees. To get to the withdrawal page go 'my money' then click 'withdrawal'

As of right now there are 2 different way you can withdraw your funds: check in the mail and paypal. Paypal is obviously faster and anonymous. Check in the mail is just as secure and 'old - but sure way'

Withdrawals are NOT instant. Ondix security team first reviews all the transactions and feedbacks, and if determine to be legit, will complete the withdrawal. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your request. Please allow another week for US mail to deliver the check, if you request check in the mail.

Once you submit your request for withdrawal, all your current transactions are moved in the history. Go 'my money' click 'transactions' and then click 'view transactions history'. The transactions history search works exactly the same as the current transactions search. The forward balance is calculated then you submit the request for withdrawal. Forward balance is the difference between the amount of your withdrawal and your current balance. If your forward balance is more the zero, you will see the transaction, under your current transactions, called forward balance. Basically it is what is left of your balance after you withdrew your funds.
